PART 2

In order for manufacturers to comply with the EU FOOD SUPPLEMENTS DIRECTIVE - their herbs, herbal remedies & Nutritional Supplements had to have been established for 30 years (from 1968) and in continuous use for at least 15 years in Europe. Manufacturers were given strict criteria and charged extortionate license fees to continue selling their products; namely ...

• THE TRADITIONAL HERBAL REGISTRATION (THR) - for Traditional Herbal Products :

They were given seven years (from 2004 to 30 April 2011) to alter their products, labels, leaflets, promotional materials and prices; plus undergo rigorous procedures and safety tests (using pharmaceutical methods). Then an application had to be made for a Traditional Herbal Registration (THR) which is a certificate costing over £50,000 per product, that had to be approved before 30th April 2011. This expense has limited 'licensed herbal-products' to just one or two herbs, whereas 'traditional herbal-products' usually contain four or more herbs. To make matters worse, under the Directive, over 100 pharmaceutical ingredients (i.e. synthetic additives) have been approved and can be found in many of the new Licensed Herbal-Products. Such as the sweetener Aspartame (reported to cause brain cancer, memory & vision loss, seizures, headaches, coma, weight gain and lots more); plus, preservative E-numbers, irradiated herbs, alcohol extracts and chemical stabilizers. These ingredients are alien to authentic herbal remedies, traditionally made from (100% pure) natural plants, in water. Bizarrely, the THR Certificate only certifies safety, quality and evidence of traditional use, but not the full effectiveness of the herb or herbal-product for any specific health condition. Nonetheless, the overall cost for compliance is so expensive, it is outside the reach of most small-medium manufacturers, which means their 'unlicensed' products can only be sold as 'food supplements' otherwise they will be removed from the market. The 'THR' Symbol - (a type of Trade Mark) was introduced in 2009, to ensure consumers recognize registered products which meet the necessary safety and quality standards. This effectively, destroys the commercial competitiveness of businesses with 'unregistered products', whilst securing a stronger market place for the 'registered' elite. Even more bizarre, the actual THR mark is owned by the Medicines and Healthcare product Regulatory Agency (MHRA) who grant companies permission to use it on their registered product labels, leaflets and advertising materials.

• MEDICAL LICENSE for 'Herbal Medicines':
  

Manufacturers of Traditional Herbal Remedies classified by the MHRA as MEDICINES, must apply for Marketing Authorization (MA) also known as a Medical License; after undergoing scientific clinical trials and toxicology tests, all of which could cost hundreds of thousands or even millions for each product. Extraordinarily, scientists who are not trained, experienced or qualified in nutrition, herbalism, homeopathy or any other form of traditional practice are employed to conduct these 'clinical trials' using 'pharmaceutical methods' to determine the effectiveness of natural herbs and indigenous herbal remedies. Again, these exorbitant costs are beyond the means of the majority of small-medium (UK & European) manufacturers… conveniently eliminating their products from the market.

The Directive is further destroying the 'commercial competitiveness' of UK & European businesses… as those outside the EU are able to retain their authentic ingredients and make health-claims without being charged extortionate license fees. This is now causing animosity between those who have invested vast amounts of money for a License; those who can't afford it and those who refused to comply 'on principle' with the licensing agenda. Additionally, Pharmaceutical companies are buying up struggling 'small-medium' health businesses' to further control competition and dominate the market.

STRICT CENSORSHIP:

From 30 April 2011, all UNLICENSED Herbs, Herbal Remedies & Nutritional Health Products can only be sold as FOOD Supplements; subjected to strict censorship to ensure no health claims are made on the product, labels or advertising materials. Testimonial evidence and ancient knowledge of proven effectiveness are no longer acceptable and therefore prohibited.

Nevertheless, although European countries submitted a total of 44,000 'health claims' for food and food nutrients, they were consolidated to 4,600, out of which only 222 were approved and officially published in May 2012. The remaining 2,000 claims (mainly for 'botanicals') are still awaiting authorisation, because the Commission need more time to determine how to assess food products and herbal medicinal products containing the same plant and herbal substances. According to the Commission, health claims should only be made for the nutrient, substance, food or food category for which they have been authorised, and not for the 'food product' that contains them. From the beginning of December 2012, all health claims that are not authorised (not on hold or under consideration) will be prohibited. By doing this, the Commission hope to remove (what they call) 'misleading health claims' throughout Europe before the end of 2012. Therefore, thousands more products are in serious danger of being removed from stores.

The Commission states - 'the Regulation ensures a high level of consumer protection, as health claims must not be misleading but accurate, truthful, understandable and substantiated by science to enable consumers to make informed choices'. This sound scientific advice is again based on 'pharmaceutical criteria' which is totally inappropriate and inadequate for assessing natural foods, herbs and nutritional supplements. Strangely, these same stringent rules, scrutiny, transparency, accountability or enforcement are not being applied to pharmaceutically based and scientifically engineered foods (such as genetically modified, irradiated, cloned, synthetic meat and other artificial products). But instead are being fully backed by the Commission: not recorded on product labels nor are consumers informed of the potentially harmful 'scientifically proven' side-effects. This clearly demonstrates that the Commission is supporting potentially harmful products, whilst suppressing beneficial natural products. If such critical information is deliberately being withheld, how can the Commission honestly claim they are protecting consumers - helping them to make informed choices or ensuring legal clarity and fair competition for food businesses? There is mounting evidence supporting extensive corruption within the industry including vested interests, scientific malpractice, collusion, falsification of research results, financial kick-backs and lots more.

The whole situation is completely farcical, with only a handful of health claims authorised after 6 years, the entire industry is still left in a confused state of limbo, whilst the majority of UK & EU citizens remain completely unaware of the Russian roulette being played with their lives.

CULTURAL, RELIGIOUS & SPIRITUAL FREEDOMS DENIED.

Many in the 'natural health industry' are alarmed at the sheer disregard the Directive has for the ancient holistic principle that Natural Foods are meant to Feed & Heal… (as confirmed by Hippocrates, recognized as one of the ancient fathers of medicine who famously quoted 2500 years ago; "Let thy Food be thy Medicine and thy Medicine be thy Food". And Paracelsus, the father of Toxicology who stated 500 years ago; "All that man needs for health and healing has been provided by God in nature... the challenge of science is to find it").

In addition, replacing 'natural foods' (i.e. God-made) with 'artificial foods' (i.e. man-made), conflicts with spiritual beliefs recognized and respected worldwide. In doing so, Religious & Spiritual Freedoms are being dishonoured, disrespected and denied. But this is only the 'tip of the iceberg', as strict censorship also means we can no longer speak or teach each other about the merits and health enhancing benefits of natural foods, as handed down from generation to generation. Hence, the Directive is ultimately taking away our freedom-to-pass on, instruct or teach about 'God's natural healing foods' and other 'spiritual' healing methods. For this reason, ancient cultural traditions (such as African, Chinese, Indian 'Ayurveda' and other indigenous practices), developed and used successfully for centuries could be written out of history and lost to future generations.

UK REGULATORS as Law Enforcers: 'A SERIOUS CONFLICT OF INTERESTS'

Meanwhile, UK Regulators such as 'The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency - MHRA' (a Government Health Department, funded by the Pharmaceutical Industry and in sole control of the entire licensing operation); alongside Trading Standards, Environmental Health and the Advertising Standards Authority; are employed as EU Law Enforcers to police and control 'nutritional food & health products' on the market (by any means necessary). Given more powers than the police, they are currently criminalizing legitimate manufacturers and suppliers, who do not comply. The Regulators also employ intimidation tactics, confiscate records, files, computers, products and demand the removal of ingredients (they classify as medicinal), with additional threats of heavy fines, court action or imprisonment. To this end, they are currently encouraging those working within the health industry, to act as informants to wipe non-compliant (established) manufacturers, suppliers and practitioners off the market... under the guise of health protection. This is effectively driving the natural health industry underground, forcing many to sell via the internet, where they are being targeted by the Regulators as charlatans or quacks; accused of making 'false' health claims and supplying substandard 'unlicensed' products. The Nightingale Collaboration website is a disturbing example of this current witch-hunt, using the public to target Healthcare Practitioners making health claims.

It is important to note that the Nightingale Collaboration work hand-in-hand with the Advertising Standard Authority, who in turn work hand-in-hand with the MHRA. The MHRA is the largest pharmaceutically funded enforcement & policing agency in Europe - and also an executive agency of the Department of Health. Many of their employees and Executives have worked in 'key' positions within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Even trade associations such as the Health Food Manufacturers Association (HFMA) also work hand-in-hand with the MHRA… and are actively encouraging health-stores to ensure they are selling only 'licensed Herbal Products' and to promote the MHRA's license trade-mark symbol (THR). This also calls into question - Who regulates the Regulators?

Could this be history repeating itself?

In 2001, the American Food & Drug Administration (FDA) embarked upon a similar campaign named Operation Cure All, aimed at wiping out the producers and retailers supplying any kind of herbal treatment for cancer. In 2009, Dr. Irving Kirsch confirmed in his book The Emperors New Drugs, "as long as the Regulator (MHRA) in Britain is paid by the Pharmaceutical industry, we are not going to see fair play." Research shows that the FDA & MHRA usually work in close collaboration. In October 2011 issue of What Doctors Don't Tell You magazine, reported that the move to restrict the availability of 'nutritional dietary supplements and herbs' is shifting from the EU to the USA. In July 2011, the FDA (also funded by drug companies) put forward new regulations called 'Draft Guidance for Industry: Dietary Supplements: New Dietary Notifications and Related Issues'.. This will effectively remove from the market, all 'nutritional dietary supplements' introduced or modified since 1994. It mirrors the EU Food Supplements Directive; based on the same deception and will have the same detrimental impact on small-medium sized businesses, natural health practitioners and the health of Americans. The Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey) which for years has been a 'safe / tax haven' for health companies, are also now under attack by the UK Government to comply with UK & EU Food Law. The UK Government announced they will abolish the Islands (LVCR) tax concession on vitamins in April 2012.

Left in the dark : again the public is caught in the cross-fire.

In June 2012, the American online news network Natural News reported : 'An Oklahoma woman is the latest victim of government terrorism, after City of Tulsa code enforcement officials came to her house and illegally tore up her entire edible garden, which contained over 100 varieties of medicinal plants. Denise Morrison was in full compliance with local laws concerning her garden, and yet city officials proceeded to both violate a court order, and wilfully deny Denise her legal right to grow food on her own property by illegally destroying it'. She said : "Not only are the plants my livelihood, they're my food and I was unemployed at the time and had no food left, no medicine left, and I didn't have insurance. They basically took away my life and my livelihood." Interestingly, in 2010, Dr. Donald Light reported his research findings carried out into the development of new drugs, called Pharmaceuticals : A Two-Tier Market for Producing Lemons and Serious Harm. He revealed - "85% of new drugs released onto the market offered few if any benefits. Despite the lack of effectiveness, their toxic side-effects make them a significant cause of death in the United States (in fact, it is now the No1 cause in the USA & No3 in the UK). Sometimes drug companies hide or downplay information about serious side-effects and overstate the drugs benefits. They then spend two or three times more on marketing than on research, to persuade doctors to prescribe these new drugs. Doctors may get misleading information and then misinform patients about the risks of a new drug. Because they are in charge of drugs testing, they build 'fire walls of legal protection' around information on the harmfulness or effectiveness of new drugs and the Regulators set the bar low for drug efficacy in the first place. Furthermore, drug companies swamp the Regulator with large numbers of incomplete and poorly designed trial data. The result is that drugs get approved without anyone being able to know how effective they really are or how much serious harm they will cause.

The February 2012 issue of What Doctors Don't Tell You magazine featured an article entitled 'Kill, not Cure'. It confirmed that in 2011, the pharmaceutical industry became one of the most lethal - and the most fraudulent. Its drugs are now more lethal than traffic accidents, killing one person every 14 minutes in the USA alone (37,485 Americans died in one year). A further 2.3 million patients needed emergency hospital treatment for an adverse reaction, despite following the prescription correctly. Virtually every case involved someone aged 21 years or older, and the largest grouping was in the over 65s. And this is only half the story. A further 1.2 million needed emergency hospital care after misusing a pharmaceutical drug, such as for recreational purposes. Around half of all emergency procedures were related to an adverse reaction to - or misuse of a painkiller such as oxycodone or hydrocodone. This is only the tip of the ice-berg, as it does not take into account the hundreds of thousands of children and teenagers harmed by prescription and psychiatric drugs. Once a patient starts taking a prescription-drug (whether licensed or not) - he or she runs the risk of becoming an addict. Many hundreds of thousands of middle-aged people are addicted to a prescription drug, such as a mood-enhancing antipsychotic (like Xanax) or a painkiller (like Oxycontin, Vocodin) that are more powerful than heroin or cocaine, according to Amercia's Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). One new painkiller called Fentanyl is a hundred times more powerful than morphine. Some of their fraudulent offences included overcharging; colluding with other drug companies to maintain a monopoly on a drug even though its patent had expired; giving hospitals and doctors financial 'kick-backs' for using their products; hiding the results of studies that might throw a poor light on a drug and tax fraud. These cases were not brought about by doctors or vigilant regulators, but by 'whistleblowers' within the industry and employees. However, the penalties are insignificant compared with the enormous revenues they are generating. The UK's GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer paid out a total of $7.44 billion in financial penalties in the 20 years the report covers and yet, their typical combined net profits in just one year are around $16.5 billion. In the 1990s, commentators came up with the expression 'pharmageddon' to describe a time when the risks of drugs finally outweighed their benefits - and it looks as though we are getting very close to that nightmare scenario. If we are, the fault can be laid squarely at the door of the drug companies themselves and their rush for growth, irrespective of the cost to human health and life.

The ultimate proof was brought to light in a book first published in the 1930's (and by Hornet's Nest from 1976), written by Morris A. Beale called 'THE DRUG STORY' - The Truth about the Rockefeller Drug Empire. It exposes how in the 1850's, the father of John D. Rockefeller (the first), known as 'Old Bill', who was a farmer, entered the patent medicine racket and had himself listed as a 'physician' in the Cleveland city directory. He sold raw petroleum in a pretty bottle calling it 'Nujol' (meaning new oil); to those who had cancer and those whom he could make fear that they could have it. In the book, Mr. Beale also reveals Rockefeller's powerful connection, influence and control of the entire American establishment which has spread worldwide and includes Governments, Banks, Oil Industry, Educational Boards, Media Networks, Pharmaceutical, Scientific & Medical Establishments and the majority of large Corporations.

He says: 'Rockefeller's interests … created, built up and developed the most far reaching industrial empire ever conceived in the mind of man. They own the largest drug manufacturing combine in the world and use all of their other interests to bring pressure to increase the sale of drugs and put out of business all forms of therapy that discourage the use of drugs. The fact that most drugs on the market are harmful is of no concern to them. By controlling and censoring the media, the Rockefeller Foundation (having one of its Drug Trust director's on the directorate of the Associated Press), is able to manipulate public information on health and drug matters… suppressing effective natural remedies that endangers their enormous drug profits. The media is encouraged to report new 'miracle drugs' and 'just-around-the-corner medical breakthroughs' (based on Rockefeller's pharmaceutical drug-lore, taught in medical colleges and universities). Due to their enormous investment & philanthropic funding of schools, colleges, universities, charities, other institutions & businesses, the Rockefellers are portrayed as benefactors of mankind'.

Mr. Beale further states: "When the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), whose officials have to be acceptable to the Rockefeller Center before they are appointed, has to put an independent operator out of business, it goes all out to execute those orders. But the orders do not come directly from them, but from the American Medical Association (AMA), used as the front for the Drug Trust and furnishes the quack doctors to testify, even when they know nothing of the product involved, it is their considered opinion that it has no therapeutic value. Financed by the taxpayers, these Drug Trust persecutions leave no stone unturned to destroy the victim. If he is a small operator, the resulting attorney's fees and court costs will put him out of business".

The medico-drug cartel is summed up by J.W. Hidge (MD of Niagara Falls, N.Y.) in these words: "The medical monopoly or medical trust, euphemistically called the American Medical Association (AMA), is not merely the meanest monopoly ever organized, but the most arrogant, dangerous and despotic organisation which ever managed a free people in this or any other age. Any and all methods of healing the sick by means of safe, simple and natural remedies are sure to be assailed and denounced by the arrogant leaders of AMA doctors trust as fakes, frauds and humbugs. Every practitioner of the healing art who does not ally himself with the medical trust is denounced as a 'dangerous quack' and impostor by the predatory trust doctors. Every sanitarian who attempts to restore the sick to a state of health by natural means without resort to the knife or poisonous drugs, disease imparting serums, deadly toxins or vaccines, is at once pounced upon by these medical tyrants and fanatics, bitterly denounced, vilified and persecuted to the fullest extent."

Mr. Beale adds; 'There are a few outspoken Medical Doctors who will tell you point blank that, under this Drug Trust aegis, doctors are turned out of these subsidized medical schools like machines. From his earliest student days he is not allowed to use his mind or to think for himself. He is not given time to discover whether the medicines and drugs he is taught to prescribe are of any benefit. There is less intellectual freedom in the medical course than in almost any other form of professional education. It takes courage for a medical doctor to come out and say such things. The Drug Trust has the American Medical Association so well organized that a whispering campaign of amazing intensity is immediately started against him. If he is a young doctor his practice is ruined. He can be kicked out of his county medical society on trumped up charges and the resulting publicity can make him look like an incompetent practitioner. Since the regimentation of Medicine by quacks and medical gangsters in control of the American Medical Association, this organisation has become one of the most vicious rackets in the country. A large majority of the people have lost faith in the medical doctor and look elsewhere for relief'.

2018 UPDATE : The 'dark side' of the UK Pharmaceutical Industry & Medical Establishment. What they are doing (behind closed doors) to people who threaten their profits by healing cancer using natural treatments, is demonstrated clearly in the case of 66 year old David Noakes (founder & CEO of Immuno Biotech Ltd) and his team of Research Scientists who developed an incredible 'natural product' (GcMAF), which healed hundreds of people with Stage 4 Terminal Cancer and other conditions including Autism. David's work was backed by several doctors, scientists and scientific research papers, yet still the MHRA were determined to destroy him. WHY? - to keep GcMAF off the market - simply to prevent the public from gaining 'knowledge or access' to it, in order to protect Pharmaceutical profits. However, 'they claimed' his crime was selling an unlicensed Medical product. They hounded him and his staff for 3 years. Over 100 Police Officers raided his office 14 times (at times carrying machine guns); confiscated all of his products; seized all of his savings; closed all of his bank accounts (forcing him to rely on family & friends for survival). They also closed down his business, putting 4 scientists, 7 doctors and 27 staff members out of work. Then confiscated his passport and in November 2018, Mr. Noakes and 2 Scientists were 'fraudulently' charged with 7 criminal offences including 'exploiting vulnerable people for his own financial gain' and jailed for 8 to 15 months. They were treated more like criminals, instead of legitimate healers. The mainstream media (in collaboration with the MHRA), drove the final nail in his coffin by ensuring his name, reputation and work was absolutely destroyed. TThe bottom line is - The MHRA wrongly classified GcMAF as a MEDICINE, when in fact it was 'a nutritional food supplement'. Hence, David and his team were effectively jailed for the 'crime of saving lives by natural means'. The MHRA destroyed all supplies of GcMAF and subsequently over 200 of David's customers, who depended on it for their survival, allegedly died. This was not only unethical and immoral, but also tantamount to legal abuse and crimes against humanity. David is one of thousands of Natural Health Practitioners, who have been publicly discredited, financially destroyed, prosecuted, jailed or even killed for innocently 'saving lives' by natural means. The President of the National Health Federation and supporter, Mr. Scott Tips aptly quoted: 'Instead of a Medal, they gave him Prison'. Appalled by the injustice he had witnessed at the trial, Mr. Tipps immediately sent out a News Release and included an ONLINE PETITION, asking Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II to 'grant David a Royal Pardon' to set him free. On 25th.March 2019, an Open Letter was sent to Home Secretary - Sajid Javid,(detailing the harrowing ordeal); requesting his intervention to stop the extradition of David and Research Scientist Ms. Lynda Thyer for trial and imprisonment in France, where they could face 10 - 90 years. David's case shows 'for ALL to see' that the unlawful criminal witch-hunt (run by the UK's Medical Establishment) is still alive and well today.

As mentioned in Part 1, founder Dounne Alexander's own natural product 'Zara's Herbal Tea' was unlawfully banned by the MHRA, which in 1994 healed her daughter's dog (ZARA) from terminal cancer, after the Vet confirmed that 'no treatment' could possibly save her; and therefore advised Euthanasia as the 'best & only option'. But after drinking the Herbal Tea 3 times daily, Zara recovered in less than 6 weeks and lived for an additional 5 years (the equivalent of 35 humans years). In 2008, Zara's Herbal Tea was finally approved by the Public Health Minister for 'Palliative Care in Hospitals & Hospices'. But was unlawfully banned within 6 months by the MHRA - who falsely classified it as 'A MEDICINE', when in fact it is a 'A Natural Herbal Food Supplement'. However, after much investigation, Dounne realized that the true reason behind their actions was simply to keep the Tea off the market to protect Pharmaceutical profits. [ It should be noted that Zara's Herbal Tea costs only £0.97p per cup (less than a cup of coffee) - and £1000 for a year's supply - in comparison to 'Cancer Drugs' which cost between £30,000 to over £100,000, for possibly 3 to 6 months remission, coupled with extensive adverse side-effects commonly experienced with treatment. ] Fortunately, Dounne was able to prove the MHRA's Classification Officers incompetence; lack of expertise; experience and knowledge of herbs, plus defied their fraudulent attempts to take control of the Tea. Nonetheless, to ensure it could be available to the public, Dounne exposed her experience; included the full details in an OPEN LETTER to the Queen & Prime Minister; and created a unique document called 'The Declaration of Truth', which enables everyone to exercise their 'Inalienable' Sovereign Rights' (i.e. Free Will to choose what they wish to eat, drink or medicate without the intervention of others). This whole experience was the inspiration behind this groundbreaking petition - THE NATION SPEAKS - "NO!" Not In My Name and sister petition GLOBAL VOICES UNITE - which Dounne sincerely hopes will help bring an end to draconian Laws & Regulations; the censorship & suppression of Natural Treatments and the ongoing persecution of Natural Health Innovators, Practitioners, Scientists, Manufacturers and Suppliers.

Mr Beale's book proves that freedom-of-the-press or democracy does not exist. Therefore, it would be unwise or naive for people to continue to simply trust or accept (without question), the policies of Governments, the Pharmaceutical / Scientific / Medical & Educational Establishments, because they are under the control of their 'pay masters'. Collectively, these dealers in death (as Mr Beale calls them), have been committing the greatest crimes against humanity, animals & the environment, yet remain unpunished and free to continue their criminal activities unhindered. Although 'The Drug Story' is one of the most important books on health and politics ever to appear in the USA, it has never been admitted to a major bookstore nor reviewed by any establishment paper, therefore, to ensure this life saving information reached the public, the author sold the book by mail order. This extraordinary example clearly demonstrates the absolute power of the Rockefeller Foundation: and why 'natural cures & medical frauds' are still suppressed by the international media networks to this day; why legislations are being made to monopolize pharmaceutical drugs & synthetic foods and why the Rockefellers remain one of the 7 wealthiest and most powerful families in the world. SO HOW WILL THIS AFFECT YOU?

FREEDOM & RIGHTS LOST.

The UK Government and European Union claim that these measures are necessary to protect our health by ensuring absolute 'safety, quality & effectiveness' of natural health products on the market. However, legislation already existed to secure and enforce these standards. Therefore, in truth... they are cunningly using the Directive to 'legally' wipe out ALL THINGS NATURAL. Hence, organic/natural foods & health products are gradually being eradicated to make way for artificial foods, which are being promoted as the cheaper, healthier option, to prevent global starvation.

It is well known in the health arena that GM, Irradiated & other Artificial Foods are DEAD FOODS and a major cause of chronic poor health, malnutrition, mental illness, infertility and premature deaths. Yet, they are being encouraged and will soon be widely available. Whereas, natural foods, traditional herbal remedies, holistic treatments & practices (used successfully for centuries); has an exceptionally high record for safety, effectiveness and sustainability; which have kept us much healthier... yet the Directive actively seeks to remove them. In addition, in 2017, Dr. Joseph Mercola reported in an interview that - "people should eat real food, because when you do that, you avoid the artificial ingredients that are inserted into your food. Most people are not aware that there are over 10,000 chemicals that are labeled GRAS, (Generally Recognized As Safe), by the food industry themselves. And by labeling them as GRAS, they are able to penetrate a loophole that allows them never to be tested for human safety. Not just singly, but let alone when combined with all the others, so there is synergistic toxicity. So when you eat 'real food' you avoid exposure to these untested chemicals that essentially are making the population a guinea pig, because we have no idea what the chronic exposure to many of these combinations of chemicals will do."

Sadly, when you follow the dotted line, you will uncover a disturbing plan to create an increasingly 'SICK' society (driven by science), solely dependent on artificial foods & prescription medications, whilst vigorously destroying the environment and our immune systems. Unfortunately, an enormous amount of these deadly foods has and are still being secretly approved behind our backs and put into the 'food-chain' without our knowledge or consent which we have been consuming unknowingly for decades. For example; BSE better known as 'mad cows disease' - resulting in over 1600 deaths from 1990 to-date; and the recently exposed 'cloned meat & milk' was confirmed by the Chief Scientist (Andrew Wadge) of the Food Standards Authority as "safe and unlikely to present a food safety risk". The same thing was said about BSE. Yet, the Government, Health Service, Pharmaceutical Industry or Scientists are rarely sued, because people are unaware that 'what they are eating' is incredibly harmful and destroying their lives. The situation has become so grave that sickness across the globe has reached pandemic levels and is increasing out of control. We need to realise that with all their advance scientific technology and knowledge… if synthetic medication and artificial foods were truly beneficial, we should now be in a state of blissful health, rather than the worst in recorded history.

Codex Alimentarius... have you heard of it?

The next stage of their 'clever plan' is to quietly usher in Codex Alimentarius (the Latin word which means 'The Food Code'). This will give Governments the power to control absolutely everything we eat. However, to achieve this effectively, they would also need to wipe out our past skills, knowledge and history of NATURE'S essential health benefits.

For this very reason, over the past 40 years, convenience foods & prescription drug-medications have become our staple-diet. Today's generation automatically pop 'a pill' when sick or 'a ready-made meal' in the micro-wave, when hungry… spending most of the time sitting, whilst either watching television, playing video/computer games (completely unaware they are absorbing subliminal messages through 'Neuro Linguistic Programming - NLP') or receiving mass radiation to the brain from excessive mobile phone usage. People (even young children) are also being prescribed all manner of mind-altering 'experimental' drugs (as safe medication), which is interfering with their mental balance, concentration and natural behaviour. Thereby creating the anti-social, de-sensitized, toxic and unstable society, we see today. Meanwhile, valuable 'life skills' (such as cooking; home-made remedies & knowledge of natural healthcare), are being quietly eliminated. Simple childhood teachings such as 'an apple a day - keeps the Doctor away', is already a thing of the past. Therefore, we need to remove these 'blindfolds'; SEE what is actually going on and consciously ACT to stop it.

HOW CAN WE CHANGE THIS?

Fortunately, as these Laws & Regulations were passed in secret without our knowledge or consent; violates our 'Inalienable' Sovereign Rights, plus threatens our freedoms, health and the natural environment… it makes them FRAUDULENT & UNLAWFUL. However, they can be changed, if people come together on a massive scale to show their objection. Faced with this action; the EU, UK & Global Governments will have no choice but to OBEY the 'WILL' of their people.

STEP 2. EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT: Call to 'Opt-Out' of EU Directives and Codes Alimentarius. In November 2009, a UKIP MEP invited Dounne to personally present her case in the European Parliament (700 EU MEPs) … This too was IGNORED. However, after learning that EU LAWS were declared SUPREME (i.e. they cannot be OPTED OUT, AMENDED or ABOLISHED); coupled with serious corruption in the passing of these laws… she questioned the democratic process of the European Union. STEP 3. EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT: Dounne urges MEPs to sign 'Opt-Out' of EU Directives and Codes Alimentarius. UKIP's Letter of Support to the Prime Minister On 16 December 2009, on Dounne's request, the UK Independent Party (UKIP) sent a 'private letter' to the Prime Minister, expressing their concern that The EU was prohibiting the legitimate sales of herbal remedies and vitamin supplements in the UK. STEP 4. THE NATIONS SPEAKS - "NO! NOT IN MY NAME" In May 2010, Dounne then initiated this petition, to create public awareness and make people realize they have the POWER to make the Government opt out, amend or abolish these Laws. STEP 5. UK LAW COMMISSION: To amend or abolish the 1939 Cancer Act In October 2010, she then made an application to the Law Commission to amend or abolish the 1939 Cancer Act, which prohibits the use of 'natural cancer treatments' or research into the prevention of the disease. This ACT was passed solely for the use of experimental cancer-drugs. In it she states: "Seventy two years ago, before this Act was passed, we lived mainly on natural foods and cancer was then a rare condition affecting only 1 in 40 to 50 people. Today, cancer has reached pandemic levels, affecting 1 in 2 to 3…using artificial foods and experimental cancer drugs. This is the worst medical failure in recorded history (another hidden scandal). Furthermore, seventy two years ago, the UK population comprised mainly of Caucasian born UK citizens. In comparison, today's population consist of a large and growing number of 'foreign' UK citizens - 1 in 10 (i.e. Chinese, Indians, Caribbeans, Africans, Europeans and others), whose cultural traditions recognize the effective use of more natural therapies. These incorporate 'natural foods, herbal remedies, holistic practices, intuition and spirituality, as part of their healing process. The Act does not recognize, consider or take these ancient traditions into account, despite their proven veracity. Therefore, the Act is out-of-date, bias, discriminatory and unjust". This must read document exposes the cancer business; violation of human rights and pharmaceutical control. 'The Law Commission declined this proposal because of their lack of medical expertise. STEP 6. QUEEN ELIZABETH ll; appeal to intercede on the nation's behalf: In December 2010, Dounne sent a powerful (41 page) document appealing to the Queen to honour her Coronation Oath; to defend and protect her citizens and country from these draconian Laws. In it she states: "Although Your Majesty does not normally intercede in Legislative affairs, I believe where any Government puts the lives, health and welfare of your people at risk of imminent danger, it is then the duty of the nation's highest power (the Crown) to intercede. I fear if Your Majesty does not do something at this late stage, the natural health industry, traditional remedies and consumer choice could be destroyed; paving the way for a pharmaceutical drug dependent culture. As per Your Majesty's Oath, I pray that you will save your people from a life of perpetual ill-health, extreme censorship and enslavement". She further adds:- "With no one else to turn too, (as the last resort) and at the risk of being 'criminalized' for revealing these truths; accused of being a terrorist, extremist, conspirator, political activist, scaremonger, or mentally ill (under the Mental Health or other related Acts and forced into a mental institution)... I now turn to Your Majesty as our sovereign Monarch to intercede… as Your Government; Opposition Leaders, Parliamentary Members and MEPs do not appear to have the best interest of UK citizens at heart, nor the 'political power', 'will' or 'influence' in matters affecting us… where the European Union and the Pharmaceutical Industry are concerned." Her Majesty responded that she was unable to intervene, however Dounne's request was for her to INTERCEDE. To ensure all were made fully aware of the serious implications and consequences, a copy was sent to the political leaders and Parliamentary members previously mentioned; plus Prince Charles, Prince William, the new Prime Minister (David Cameron), Deputy Prime Minister (Nick Clegg). This document based on factual evidence, implicates all Political Parties, exposing (for the first time) secret agendas, corruption, exploitation and deception against UK citizens. STEP 7. RECLAIMING HER DIVINE RIGHTS & SOVEREIGNTY as a 'Free Living Soul': After all avenues to obtain legal redress failed, Dounne refused to continue being part of a corrupt scheme of Government, whose laws no longer guaranteed justice and fair-play to all, nor meet the 'health needs' of the people. She then decided to remove herself from The United Kingdom Plc & Statute Law via AFFIDAVITS (i.e. 'Claim of Rights'); electing to live as 'a Free Living Soul' abiding only by … (A). The fundamental Divine Laws of LIFE & Nature, as bestowed by the universal Creator (i.e. Supreme Law). (B). The fundamental rules of Common Law (i.e. the true laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland). (C )..The fundamental Right of Autonomy (i.e. Sovereign Rights: the Free Will to self-determine one's own actions and behaviour without the intervention of others). She says: "Until such time that the European, United Kingdom and Global LAWS uphold, respect and guarantees the RIGHTS of humanity, I will not abide by their rules"

STEP 8. UNITED NATIONS PROPOSAL. 'Call to put our HEALTH before Corporate Wealth' In September 2011, Dounne finally submitted a controversial proposal to the United Nations 'Human Rights Commissioner' (Ms. Navi Pillay) and 181 UN Ambassadors' - calling for the extension of 'The 2011 - International Year for People of African Descent to 2012; plus the abolition of the EU Food Supplements Directive and Codex Alimentarius… to avert Government / Corporate Global Slavery. In it she states: "Whilst the United Nations is openly apologizing for slavery (i.e. The Transatlantic Slave Trade & 500 years of African suffering), they are about to repeat the same gruesome mistake, introducing a new type of '21st century' slavery which could prove the worst form imaginable in our civilized history. The results on humans, animals and the 'natural' environment could be catastrophic and irreversible. Affecting the entire global population; deceived into a false sense of security believing they are FREE - as the chains and shackles will not be visible but the torturous pain and suffering will be far reaching and everlasting. Therefore, as a descendant of slaves, I am utilizing my freedom & power, plus the privilege afforded to me under the UN Declaration…to bring global citizens together in peaceful opposition to stop corporate slavery". STEP 9. YOUR HEALTH, BEFORE CORPORATE WEALTH: In December 2011, Dounne then wrote to the United Nations - Secretary General (Ban Ki-moon) outlining that as Human Rights advocates & Peace keepers of the world, the United Nations has a moral duty to intervene; to prevent this horrendous plan against humanity and the natural environment. Again, he too did not respond. So in January 2012, she called on campaign supporters to send out an email blast to Ban Ki-moon and UN Ambassadors to 'Demand their health is put before Corporate wealth'.
